I fell in love with yoga the first time I stepped onto my mat. From that first deep breath in asana, I felt love for myself I had never experienced before.
This is where my deepest healing took place, on my mat. I was able to start transforming the self afflicted suffering I was creating in my life.
The self criticism, self judgement, self sabotaging, the self hate and self punishment. I started to feel free, to feel love, to feel worthy and to feel inner peace.
Yoga was blessing me with a gift, self-love. I wanted to share this gift with everyone so I began teaching. I wanted to experience this inner healing on a deeper level so I became a meditator. The daily rituals of practicing yoga and meditation have been my greatest teachers.
